House Rules & Policies
We do not allow the following at Farris Manor:
- No animals allowed (some exceptions)
- No smoking allowed
- No loud music after 10 pm
A damage deposit of $150 is required for stays at Farris Manor. This deposit is completely refundable at the end of your stay under the following conditions:
- There is no damage to the property or its contents.
- There is nothing missing from the home.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your refunded deposit to be processed by your bank. If you have any questions please contact us. In the chance that there is damage done to the property an email will be sent to you informing you of the damage with photos of the damage.
We would greatly appreciate if you could please turn off all the lights when you leave.
We do everything we can to follow CDC covid-19 guidelines in order to stop the spread. That includes keeping the property empty for 24 hours in between bookings and extensive sanitization and disinfection of the home after each stay. A cleaning fee of $75 is required per booking in order to accomplish this. This fee is non-refundable.
